An apartment in Bellwood Manor off of Bellwood Drive in Ross Township was searched by the FBI this morning. Agents reportedly removed materials as part of an ongoing investigation that involves drugs and weapons.
In a press release issued today, US Attorney Scott Brady stated “On Wednesday, May 9, 2018, Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with assistance from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Pittsburgh Bureau of Police, Allegheny County Sherriff’s Office, Wilkinsburg Police Department and PA Attorney General’s office executed a Federal search warrant at 510 Bellwood Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15229, as part of an ongoing investigation.”
According to WPXI news, investigators were seen searching through a car in the parking lot.
